Orders ~
If something you love is sold out, it’s likely coming back soon. We produce in small batches to keep everything fresh and intentional. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also track it under My Account.
Sometimes we split deliveries based on what’s ready to ship first. If part of your order is on the way, you’ll receive updates separately for each parcel.
If your order arrived damaged or if you’ve had a skin reaction, email us at support@pgloworganics.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through a return or replacement.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.
Products ~
Yes. Our formulas are gentle and made without parabens, sulfates, or artificial dyes. All ingredients are listed on each product page for full transparency.
Most of our blends include natural essential oils for scent. We don’t use synthetic fragrance. If you prefer fragrance-free, check the product ingredients for options.
Yes. PureGlow products are never tested on animals.
All current products are made without animal-derived ingredients. We label any future items that contain beeswax or other exceptions.
Everything is handcrafted in South Africa using locally and ethically sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Delivery ~
We currently deliver across South Africa. Delivery to major cities takes 2–5 working days. Outlying areas may take a little longer.
Standard delivery is free for orders over R500. For smaller orders, a flat rate of R75 applies. Locker options are also available at checkout.
Accounts ~
No. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps you track your order and save your details for next time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and secure EFT through PayFast. More local payment options will be added soon.
